These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dkok platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. In these Terms, "user", "you" or "your" refers to any person who accesses, browses, or uses any service of dkok. "dkok", "we", "our", or "Platform" refers to this site and its services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and participate on the dkok platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. dkok may request identification for age verification at any time. If an account is registered with false information, it will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Creating an account using a false identity or another person's details will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone else. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password containing letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or unsecured networks.
• Change your password regularly.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the dkok platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, but may take longer in cases requiring identity verification or additional security checks. dkok may require account verification before processing a withdrawal request.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
• Funds earned from bonuses will only be withdrawable after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the dkok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

dkok reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. Each bonus may have a specific validity period and may be cancelled if not used within the set time. Claiming another bonus while one is still active may be prohibited.

The dkok VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Members who reach higher VIP tiers will receive additional benefits and priority service. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

To ensure fair play at dkok, we use games from certified software providers. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely independent and unbiased.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkok platform:

• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Using two or more accounts to gain bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users.

If such activities are proven, dkok may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

6.3 Technical Issues
